Sometimes it is difficult to find the information and resources you need. Catulpa Community Support Services is hosting several virtual information sessions this month to help parents and caregivers find the resources they are looking for.

This month, a three-part FASD Information Series begins on October 14. The series focuses on childhood experiences and FASD through the lens of therapeutic parenting. Presented by Catulpa’s FASD Key Supports and Services team, with speakers from the Adoption Council of Ontario, the sessions are open to all parents, caregivers and adopting families of children with FASD. The registration deadline is Oct 12, so sign up as soon as possible. Details about the sessions and registration can be found on the Catulpa Events page.

The Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Family Foundational Services team is presenting two information sessions in October, beginning with Funding Resources on Oct 20, and followed by Inclusive Recreation on Oct 22. Both sessions will provide parents and caregivers a wealth of information about resources available to families. Please note that you must have an OAP Registration Number in order to register for these two sessions. More information about the sessions and registration details can be found on the Catulpa Events page.

In addition to the above sessions, CAPC and MotherCare continue to virtually support moms, families and little ones through exciting online programs, live Facebook events and interactive activities. Check them out at
