New direct invoicing process replaces current Passport reimbursement system.
As the new PassportONE go-live date of February 25th, 2019 approaches, the current Catulpa Community Support Services’ Passport reimbursement system will begin to change.
Current invoices up to January 31st can be submitted to Catulpa Community Support Services until noon on February 6th, 2019. These invoices will be paid by Catulpa CSS under the existing payment system.
All invoices received by Catulpa Community Support Services from noon on February 6th to end of day February 24th will be held for processing in anticipation of the launch of PassportONE on February 25th. At that point, any held invoices will be submitted by Catulpa Community Support Services to PassportONE for payment.
As of February 25th, all Passport invoices are to be submitted directly by Passport funding recipients to PassportONE for reimbursement.
February 6th, 2019: Noon. Final deadline for current Catulpa Community Support Services’ reimbursement process
February 6th to February 25th, 2019. Any invoices sent to Catulpa CSS will be held for submission to PassportONE on go-live date
February 25th, 2019. PassportONE is live. All Passport invoices start being submitted directly by Passport funding recipients by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to 1-416-943-6293.
