Signing up for Direct Deposit Can Help Avoid Payment Delays.
As a result of a labour dispute between Canada Post and its workers, regular mail service may be delayed or interrupted until issues have been resolved. Individuals and families receiving funding payments from Catulpa Community Support Services may experience delays getting mailed payments due to some rotating strikes.
Although Catulpa Community Support Services is currently continuing to mail payments to individuals and families as usual, this may need to be adjusted if the strike actions increase. To avoid any disruption to funding payments, Catulpa Community Support Services is encouraging individuals and families to sign up for Direct Deposit.
To set up Direct Deposit, please print and fully complete the Direct Deposit Request Client Form_Catulpa. Completed, signed forms, accompanied by a direct deposit form from your bank, or a voided check may be mailed to:

During the labour dispute, you may prefer to personally pick up funding payments. This may be done during regular business hours at Catulpa Community Support Services’ Barrie Common Roof location. Please contact us to make arrangements.
