Simcoe County Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) and MotherCare (Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program – CPNP) is a part of a National program and has more than 25 years of experience supporting families currently living on a low income, young parents, or newcomers to Canada. We offer MotherCare, Next Step, and CAPC programs to qualifying families.

We support pregnant participants and children 0-6 years old. Our programs are funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada, County of Simcoe, and sponsored locally by Catulpa Community Support Services.

Our programs aim to promote healthy development of young children from birth to age 6, support healthy pregnancies and new parents. Read more about CAPC services and programs in our CAPC Information Booklet and click through our programs on this page for more information on how to register or connect with us.

If you live outside of Simcoe County, please find your local CAPC Project or CPNP Project for support in your area.
