If you already receive Passport funding, this funding has automatically been renewed for the 2020/2021 fiscal year (April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021).

Reminder of the Passport Claim Submission Deadline
Claims from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 should be submitted by April 13th, 2020 in order to avoid delay in processing and payment. Claims submitted after this date may be subject to additional processing times.

Current Passport Claim Processing Times
This is the peak claims processing period for the Passport program. Claims submitted for reimbursement may take longer due to a high volume of submissions. Error free claims can take a minimum of ten to fifteen business days to be processed. Claims that contain errors will take longer since they require follow-up. All efforts are being made to process claims as quickly as possible and processing times are expected to return to normal in June 2020.

Passport Claim Submission Tips
• Always use your customized Passport claim form with your unique barcode.
• Fill out your claim fully and check for errors before submitting it for reimbursement.
• Submit claims on a regular basis (monthly) throughout the year.
