Join Catulpa Community Support Services’ Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Foundational Family Services Team as they talk about Transitioning to Adulthood.

Moving into adulthood brings on a new chapter of funding sources as well as adjustments in personal goals for the person with Autism.

In this webinar:

*An overview of Developmental Services Ontario (DSO), Passport Funding and the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)

* Considerations for increased independence such as daily living skills, education possibilities, and employment or volunteer possibilities

Participants must be registered with the Ontario Autism Program (https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontario-autism-program) in order to participate.

This webinar will also highlight additional resources and support that may be available and beneficial for individuals and families in Simcoe County.
