Do you need help to complete or submit your PassportONE Purchase of Service Invoice form?
Catulpa Community Support Services is hosting PassportONE drop-in information sessions to answer your questions and help you complete your form. No registration is required.
If you need assistance with your PassportONE form or the submission process, we encourage you to drop in at one of the upcoming sessions so we can help.
Remember to bring all your original receipts with you so your PassportONE Purchase of Service Invoice Form can be fully completed and/or verified. We can also help you with the submission process once your PassportONE Purchase of Service Invoice form is complete with attached invoices.
All sessions are at the Barrie Common Roof, 165 Ferris Lane, Barrie. New sessions start each hour, beginning at 9 a.m. through 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. through 3 p.m. Sessions are:
